As a certified menopause training specialist with a B.Sc. in Exercise Science, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how the body changes during menopause and how to support women through this transition. I’ve worked extensively with women experiencing symptoms like weight gain, low energy, and loss of strength, helping them regain control of their health. My programs are rooted in the latest science and specifically designed to be safe, effective, and tailored to the unique needs of women in menopause.
Your program will be designed based on what you are most likely to actually complete. Each workout can be accommodated to fit into your busy schedule, so they’ll only take 20-45 minutes if needed. You don’t need hours in the gym to see results—consistency and a tailored plan are what make the difference.
Not at all! I’m not just going to hand you a set of workouts and leave you to figure it out. As your coach, I’ll be with you every step of the way—checking in, keeping you motivated, and making sure you follow through. Even when you’re tired, even when you’re busy, even when you get sick of me texting or calling you, I’ll do whatever it takes to help you complete your workouts.
